The Municipality of Tivat, the Office of the Chief City Architect, announces a competition for the conceptual architectural design of a new administrative building – the Police Station and the Protection and Rescue Center with a garage. The subject of the competition is the selection of the best conceptual architectural design for the Police Station and the Protection and Rescue Center with a garage, including the following facilities: the Police Administration with the Security Department of the Municipality of Tivat and the Civil Status and Identity Documents Branch for the Municipality of Tivat, as well as the Protection and Rescue Service with a center for accommodation, operation, and continuous training of the fire brigade, located on UP 148, with an area of 2,733.00m², comprising cadastral parcel no. 670/1 KO Tivat and part of cadastral parcel no. 670/3 KO Tivat within the scope of the Detailed Urban Plan "Mažina," Municipality of Tivat ("Official Gazette of Montenegro," no. 15/15). The deadline for submitting questions was Wednesday, November 6, 2024, and the deadline for the publication of questions and answers is until Friday, November 8, 2024.
