The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property announced a national competition for the conceptual architectural design of the base station for the “Hajla and Štedim” ski center in the Municipality of Rožaje.
The subject of the competition was the development of a conceptual architectural design for the base station of the “Hajla and Štedim” ski center, located within the scope of the Local Study of the Hajla and Štedim Area (“Official Gazette of Montenegro – municipal regulations”, no. 22/18), Municipality of Rožaje.

The submission deadline was Friday, February 14, 2025, by 1:00 PM (local time in Montenegro).

A total of 9 competition entries were submitted within the designated deadline.

In addition, the jury initially awarded a monetary recognition outside the competition criteria to the competition entry under the code 16181. However, this recognition cannot be granted as it has been determined that the authors of the competition entry under the code 16181 did not meet the eligibility requirements for participation in the competition, leading to its disqualification.
