The Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism, and State Property has announced a national competition for the conceptual architectural design of the pavilion of the primary school “Oktoih” in Podgorica.
The subject of the competition is the selection of the best conceptual architectural solution for the construction of a new school building - the pavilion of the primary school “Oktoih” on UP13, with the arrangement of the existing schoolyard on UP12, in Podgorica, which is planned within the Detailed Urban Plan “Residential Community VII - Stara Varoš - Amendments and Supplements” (Official Gazette of Montenegro - municipal regulations no. 51/16).
